Ingredients:
- – 250 g of flour
- – 150 g of butter
- – 2 eggs
- – 100 g of sugar
- – 40 g of honey
- – 80 g of walnuts
- – 5 g of Spirulina Algae
- – Baking soda, salt, cinnamon, to taste
Preparation::
Melt the butter over low heat. While stirring, add the sugar, the two lightly beaten eggs, the honey and the butter.
In another bowl, sift the flour, the two teaspoons of baking soda, a pinch of fine salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
Add everything to the mixture. In another container, combine the walnuts and the coarsely chopped spirulina seaweed. Add to the other ingredients, mix everything together until you get a rather thick and homogeneous compound. Place the cookies on the oven paper and make the shape you prefer. Leave them for about an hour to harden in the refrigerator so that they hold their shape better during cooking.
Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes in a preheated static oven.
